1.1 Cycling the Dingle Peninsula

The Dingle Peninsula is a spectacular landmass jutting out into the sea and is the most westerly point of Europe. The area is renowned for its rugged beauty and is a place rich in tradition in culture and literature. Gaelic culture is alive and the Gaelic language is still spoken in the homes at the western end of the peninsula. The routes are spread throughout its length, allowing you to sample the hills that make up its spines, as well as some of the many beaches.
