is no area more varied than the landscape of the middle Black Forest. High firs
and magnificent travelling paths alternate with deep gorges and wide tablelands.
Therefore the four towns Donaueschingen, Hüfingen, Bräunlingen and Blumberg
decided to offer a common hiking week from May to October. Donaueschingen represents
the beginning and the end of the tour. There is between six stages sufficient
time to visit the local curiosities and to take a ride on the "Museumsbahn"
an old steam train. |

From Bräunlingen across Döggingen through the gorges of
the Gauchach to "Wutachmüle", across Ewattingen to Achdorf. B&B

From Achdorf through the gorges of the Wutach to the station of the "Museumsbahn"
in Lausheimblumegg (7 km). Ride on the "Museumsbahn" to Blumberg-Zollhaus.
From Blumberg-Zollhaus passage back to Achdorf (3 km). B&B in Achdorf. THURSDAY

Transfer to the "Schattenmüle". Passage through the
gorges of the Wutach, along the "Schurhammerhütte" to Achdorf.
There exist a bus-junction-line from the "Wutachmüle" to Achdorf.

From Achdorf over the "Eichberg" to Behla . B&B
in Behla. SATURDAY

From Behla over the "Fürstenberg" to Neudingen,
along the "Reidsee" to Allmendshofen and finally to Donaueschingen .
